She is a retired member of the Federal Senior Executive Service with extensive experience guiding the strategic direction of human resources programs. Her experience and knowledge of workplace conflict management and prevention uniquely qualifies her to offer expert consultation on managing complex workplace conflicts, EEO complaints, and diversity and inclusion challenges.
