Rosa Franco is co-founder and President of Sepolen Consulting Services, LLC. We are a woman-owned 

small business. We provide EEO, diversity, and conflict management consulting services to Federal clients and business development solutions to private sector companies.

​​​Ms. Franco is a renowned leader in the EEO, conflict management and diversity fields, and a certified coach specializing in executive, career and conflict coaching. She is a retired member of the Federal Senior Executive Service with extensive experience guiding the strategic direction of human resources programs. Her experience and knowledge of workplace conflict management and prevention uniquely qualifies her to offer expert consultation on managing complex workplace conflicts, EEO complaints, and diversity and inclusion challenges.


During 35 years of Federal service, Ms. Franco cultivated a wide-ranging network that allows her to offer business development strategies to companies to successfully market their capabilities to potential Federal clients.
